You can find us at A 219 in Andheri West. We’ve been running this courier service for a good while now. It’s a lot of boxes, envelopes, and keeping track of bikes. Our days start early when the first shipments arrive. We spend most of the morning sorting everything out so the boys can get out on the road. Andheri is huge and the traffic is always a problem, so timing is everything. We don't have a flashy office; it’s mostly just a place to store packages and manage the logs. People come in to drop off stuff they need to send across the city or even further away. We write out the receipts by hand and make sure everything is labeled right. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting crates and moving bags. Sometimes a package gets delayed because of rain or a breakdown, and we have to explain that to the customers. We just try to be real with people. We aren't a global giant, just a local service trying to get things from point A to point B. It’s a bit chaotic at times, especially during the holidays, but we manage to keep things moving. We’ve got our regulars who trust us with their documents, and that’s what keeps us going in this little corner of Andheri. We keep a pot of tea going and just handle the deliveries one by one until the shutters go down at night.
