Krishna Print House

Our shop, Krishna Print House, is in the Nagarwala Colony Resident Society on Poddar Road in Malad East. It’s right at number 1. Being inside a residential society makes it feel more like a community spot than a big factory. We do all sorts of printing here, from small cards to bigger posters. The smell of ink is pretty strong once you step inside. We have a few old machines and a couple of newer ones that we use every day. It’s a bit cramped with all the paper reams lying around, but we manage. We’ve lived and worked in Malad East for a long time. Most of the people who come in are neighbors or local small business owners. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on people walking past or hearing about us from a friend. Sometimes we’re working late to finish a big order of wedding cards or flyers. It’s honest work and we like being part of the neighborhood. We don’t use a lot of technical jargon. If someone needs something printed, we just tell them how long it will take and what it will cost. It’s a very basic way of doing business, but it’s worked for us for years. We just keep the presses running as long as there is work.
