Our office is right in the heart of Kalbadevi at 528 Jambulwadi. If you have ever been to this part of the city, you know that the lanes are incredibly narrow and always filled with people, handcarts, and delivery bikes. It is a very old and traditional area for business. We handle express deliveries and courier services from here. Our workspace is on the ground floor and it is quite small. We are constantly surrounded by bags and parcels that are waiting to be sorted or sent out. It is a very busy environment and can get quite loud with the sounds of the market right outside our door. We don't have any modern office decor or high-tech setups. It is mostly just wooden tables, a few chairs, and a lot of ledgers. We have been in Jambulwadi for a long time, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. We help them send their products to different parts of the country. Sometimes things get a bit messy when a lot of shipments arrive at once, and we have to work around the piles of boxes. It is hard work and the air can get a bit stuffy, but we are used to it. We aren't trying to be anything other than a local courier point. We just focus on getting the tags right and making sure the parcels are ready for the transport vans. It is a simple, honest way to work.
