Our office is at 6 Worli Khadia on Nawa Darwaja Road. It is very close to Mahindra Tower, which is what we tell everyone when they are looking for us. Worli is a fast place, but our little corner feels a bit older. The building has that old Mumbai feel to it. Inside, it is all about packages and logs. We have stacks of envelopes and boxes everywhere. It is a bit of a mess, honestly, but we know where everything is. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to deal with that. We hear the traffic from Nawa Darwaja Road all day. The monsoon is always a challenge here because the road gets some puddles. We spend a lot of time taping up boxes and checking addresses on the computer. It is not glamorous work. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. The staff here is just a few guys who have been working together for years. We know the local couriers and the people who live in the nearby chawls. It is a tight-knit spot. Sometimes we have to move boxes just to find a place to sit and eat lunch. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy lobby. It is just a functional space where we handle the mail and make sure things get to where they need to go. We keep the doors open for some air and just keep at it.
