World Link Express is located right at Mumbai Central, specifically below the Khoja Jamat Khana. It is a very active spot. We deal with packages and deliveries every single day. The office is always full of boxes waiting to go somewhere or just arriving. We have been operating from here for a long time, helping people send their stuff across. Being near the station helps a lot with the movement. It is not a quiet place. There is always someone coming in to drop something off or asking where their parcel is. We keep a log of everything, though the desk looks a bit cluttered sometimes. We just try to keep things moving. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure things do not get lost. Sometimes the weather or traffic causes delays, and we have to explain that to customers. It is part of the job. We know most of the regular couriers by name. The space is not huge, but we use every corner for storage. It is a practical setup.
