Workshop Architect

Workshop Architect is based at 29C Chaudhary House on V P Road. We are right in the Prarthana Samaj area, specifically in Khotachi Wadi. If you know Mumbai, you know Khotachi Wadi is a very special, quiet little pocket with a lot of history. Our office fits right into that vibe. It is more of a workspace than a showroom. We have got tables piled with architectural books, sketches, and various tools we use for our designs. Working in an older building like Chaudhary House gives the place some character, though the walls might be a bit thick for the Wi-Fi sometimes. We focus on the practical side of architecture here. We spend our days drawing up plans and thinking about how to use space better. V P Road can be quite chaotic, but once you step into our area, things slow down a bit. We like that balance. It is a small operation, and we prefer it that way because it means we can actually focus on what we are doing without too many distractions. People often stop by just because they are walking through the Wadi and see us working. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that. We just enjoy the process of building things and figuring out the puzzles that come with every new site. It is honest work and we have been doing it here for a good while, taking things one day at a time.
