Winmark Services Pvt Ltd Regional Office

Winmark Services Pvt Ltd has its regional office here in B/702 of the Dheeraj Heritage Residen. We are located in Santacruz West, specifically in the Shastri Nagar Extension. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a typical sterile office environment. We are up on the seventh floor, which gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding neighborhood. The space is basically an apartment that we have converted into an office. We have desks in what would be the living room and files stored in the cabinets. It feels a bit more homey than a big glass tower. We mostly deal with administrative stuff and regional coordination from here. It can get a bit quiet during the day when everyone is focused on their computers, but then the phone rings or someone comes in for a meeting and it picks up. Santacruz is a nice area, though the traffic in Shastri Nagar can be a bit much during the peak hours. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make tea and eat our lunch. It’s not a high-pressure corporate hub, just a place where we do our jobs every day. We don't have a big sign outside the building, so you have to know which floor to come to. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works well for our small team. We just keep things moving along.
