Vnb Designs

Vnb Designs is located in Bhandup West, specifically in the Pannalal Compound. If you know the area, it’s right near LBS Marg, so the traffic noise is something we just live with now. Our space is A-1084, which is deep inside the industrial area. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren’t looking for it. The walls are mostly covered with sketches and half-finished ideas. We spend most of our time at the workbenches. The industrial area can get quite dusty, so we are always cleaning off the tables. It’s a practical space, nothing like those fancy offices you see in the city. We have a small kettle for tea and a few chairs for when someone stops by to talk about a project. Usually, the radio is playing softly in the background to drown out the sound of the neighboring shops. Bhandup has a lot of energy, and being in the compound feels like being part of a big machine. We work on various design bits throughout the week. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes we have to start over from scratch. It’s just us doing our thing every day. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. We just focus on the work sitting in front of us. The lights stay on late quite often. It's a simple setup for simple work. We keep our tools organized as best as we can, but things always end up a bit cluttered when we’re busy.
