Viva Graphic

Viva Graphic is based out of Room No. 1 in the E. R. Gandhi Chawl. We are right in the heart of Dharavi, Mumbai 400017. If you’ve ever been to Dharavi, you know it’s a place where everyone is working on something. Our little room is where we do all our graphic work. It’s cramped, honestly. We have the computers on one side and some space for printing on the other. It’s not a fancy design studio with bean bags or expensive coffee. It’s just a room in a chawl where we try to make things look good on paper or screen. The neighbors are always around, and there’s a lot of life right outside the door. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. Most of the local shops come to us when they need a sign or some cards made. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just do the work, and people seem to like it enough to come back. The power cuts can be a bit of a problem sometimes, but we just wait it out and get back to it. It’s a busy life here in Mumbai. We start early and often stay late to finish up jobs. It’s just me and a couple of others. We’re not a big agency with meetings all day. We’re just Viva Graphic, working out of a chawl in Dharavi and trying to keep the printers running.
