Viva Facility Services Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No-80 in the Kawali Compound. It's on N.M. Joshi Marg, which stays pretty busy since it's in Lower Parel. We’ve been in this compound for a while, and it suits us. We handle facility services, which basically means we take care of the stuff other people don’t want to worry about. Cleaning, repairs, that kind of thing. It’s not the kind of work that gets you on the news, but businesses around here need it. The office is a bit of a mix of old files and new equipment. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Most of the time, we’re out at different sites, so the office is more like a home base where we regroup and plan the next day. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, and we just deal with it like everyone else in the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do right by the people who hire us. Our staff are mostly local folks who know the area well. We talk to each other like normal people, not like robots.
