Geecon Resourcing

We are Geecon Resourcing, and you can find us up on Level 8 of Vibgyor Towers. We’re located in the G Block, C- 62, right in the middle of Bandra Kurla Complex in Bandra East. Now, BKC can feel a bit intimidating with all the tall glass buildings and people rushing around in suits, but inside our office, it’s a lot more relaxed. We handle resourcing, which basically means we spend our time talking to people and trying to find the right fit for different jobs. It’s a lot of scrolling through resumes and making phone calls. We don't always get it right on the first try, but we keep at it. Our team is a mix of different ages and backgrounds. Some of us have been here since the start, while others are pretty new. We share a lot of stories and help each other out when things get busy. The view from the eighth floor is okay, but we’re usually too busy looking at our screens to notice it much. Traffic getting into Bandra East can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often end up staying a bit later just to avoid the worst of it. We aren't trying to be some high-powered agency; we’re just a group of folks working hard in a busy part of Mumbai to help people find work. It’s just what we do every day from our desks here in Vibgyor Towers.
