Trig Guardforce Ltd.

Trig Guardforce Ltd. operates out of Office No-D 3/4/5/6 in the Sitladevi Co Operative Housing Society. We are located right on JP Road in Andheri West. This area of Mumbai is always moving, so there is never a dull moment outside our windows. Our office is actually spread across a few units in the society, which gives us enough room for all the administrative stuff we have to do. It is a bit of a maze sometimes with all the desks and filing cabinets. We have a lot of people coming in for interviews or to pick up their uniforms. The atmosphere is very busy and sometimes a little loud with all the phones ringing. Andheri West is a tough place to work because of the traffic and the noise, but we have been here long enough that we do not really notice it anymore. We are just a group of people trying to manage a large force of guards. There is no corporate polish here. The walls could use a new coat of paint and the chairs are a bit old, but they work fine for us. We spend our days looking at rosters and talking to clients on the phone. It is a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is where they should be at night. We just stick to the daily routine and keep things moving. Most of the time we are just drinking tea and handling the latest schedule change.
