Ntr Security Service

We are located over at Plot 848 on Andheri Link Road. If you know Adarsh Nagar in Jogeshwari West, you’ve probably walked right past us. Ntr Security Service isn't a big flashy firm with a lobby or anything like that. It is mostly just an office where we manage the guards and sort out the duty rosters for the week. Usually, there's a few of us inside drinking tea and trying to get the scheduling right. It gets pretty loud outside because of the traffic on the Link Road, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of the morning checking who showed up for the night shift and who is coming in for the day. Sometimes a guard calls out sick and then we have to scramble to find a replacement so the client isn't left alone. It’s practical work. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do. We just provide people for gates and building entrances. Most of the staff has been with us for a bit, so they know the drill. The office gets a bit dusty being so close to the main road. We have some files stacked up and a few old chairs for when the guys come in to pick up their pay. Sometimes the heat in the afternoon makes the office feel a bit slow, so we turn the fans up high and keep going. We have a small corner where we keep some extra uniforms. It’s a local operation, keeping things moving in this part of Mumbai.
