We are up on the 11th floor, specifically in 1110 and 1111 of the Embassy Centre. Being at Nariman Point on Jamnalal Bajaj Marg means we are in a very famous part of the city, but inside our office, it’s just business as usual. We handle infocom stuff, which is basically a mix of information and communication services. The office has a great view of the water, but most of the time we are too busy looking at our monitors to notice. We have two units joined together, but it still feels a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time. There are cables running along the baseboards and a lot of hardware hum. We aren't a fancy design agency; we are more of a functional IT-type place. We’ve got stacks of hard drives and servers that need constant attention. The air conditioning is always on high to keep the machines cool, so we usually have sweaters at our desks even when it's hot outside. We aren't big on formalities. We just get the data moving and the systems running. It’s a lot of technical work that requires focus. We eat lunch together when we can, but usually, it’s just a quick bite between tasks. It’s a solid, hardworking office where we just try to get things right. It can be a long commute for some of us, but we've been here for years.
