If you know Lower Parel, you know how busy S.B. Marg gets. Our office, Osource (India) Pvt. Ltd., is right in the middle of all that noise at High Street Phoenix. We are up on the 5th floor of the B Wing in Phoenix House. Unit number 2 is our home base. It’s a pretty lively area to work in, with all the shops and people constantly moving around outside. Inside the office, it's just us handling our daily tasks and keeping things moving. We’ve been at this location for a good while. The commute can be a bit of a headache sometimes because of the traffic on S.B. Marg, but that’s just part of life in Mumbai. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get our heads down and do what needs doing. Most of us have been here long enough that we know the best spots to grab a quick snack downstairs. It feels like a real community in this building. We aren't trying to be some giant world-changing firm; we just focus on the work on our desks. The 5th floor gives us a bit of a break from the street level noise, which is nice. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else. It’s a straightforward setup and we like it that way. There is always someone working late, but that is just the way it goes.
