Vishrut Sanghvi

My name is Vishrut Sanghvi and I work out of my place in Sulsa Apartments. It’s apartment 1403 at 254 R. R. Thakkar Marg, right in the Malabar Hill area. Walkeshwar is a busy part of town but it’s home. I don't have a big corporate office with a receptionist. Most of my work happens right here at my dining table or in the small side room I use as a study. I handle various business matters and investments, mostly through calls and emails. It’s a lot of reading and checking numbers. Being on the 14th floor gives me a bit of a view, which is nice when things get stressful. I’ve lived here for a good while and people in the building know me. I’m not running a giant operation, it's just me and sometimes an assistant who helps with the filing. I prefer it this way because I can keep track of everything myself. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, which is a pain when I have to meet someone downstairs. I don't have a mission statement or anything like that. I just try to do my work honestly and stay on top of my deadlines. It’s a quiet life for the most part. I spend a lot of time on the computer and looking over documents. It’s simple, direct, and it works for what I do.
