Our office is over in Sahakar Nagar, specifically in Krushana Patil Chawl, Room No. 1. This is in Mohane, near Ambivali East in the Kalyan area of Thane district. It is a very local setup. We at Vipul Facility Management Pvt. Ltd do the kind of work that is not always seen but is definitely needed. We manage buildings and facilities, which means a lot of coordination and physical work. It is not a desk job where you just sit around all day. Most of us are out and about, checking on things or fixing problems that pop up in the properties we look after. Being based in a chawl room means we are right in the middle of the community. It is practical and keeps our costs down. We know the neighbors and the local shops around Kalyan well. The work can be tiring because there is always something breaking or needing maintenance. We do not have a big HR department or anything like that. If there is a problem, we just talk to each other and get it sorted. People in the area know us by name. It is just a straightforward business. We show up, we do the maintenance, and we go home. It is honest work and we have been doing it from this same spot for a while now. It suits us just fine being here in Thane and helping keep things running.
