Kabat Pharma Care

Kabat Pharma Care is located at 8 Laxmi Bhuvan on Lajpatrai Road in Vile Parle West. This is a very busy part of Mumbai, and there is always a lot of noise from the cars and people passing by outside. Our shop is not very large, so we have to use every bit of space we have to store the medicines and health products. We spend most of our time standing behind the counter, reading prescriptions and checking our stock. Sometimes the doctor’s handwriting is really difficult to figure out, so we have to take a second and make sure we are giving the right thing. We have been in this building for quite a long time now, so the local residents know us well. They often come in just to ask a quick question or pick up their usual supplies. We don’t really do any advertising because most people just find us while they are walking to the station or heading home. The mornings are usually a bit slow, but it gets really hectic in the evenings when everyone is coming back from work. We try to keep things moving so people don’t have to wait on the sidewalk for too long. It is a bit cramped inside when we have a delivery arriving, but we just move the boxes and keep going. We are just regular people doing our jobs in a busy neighborhood and making sure we have what people need.
