It’s a landmark everyone knows, so we just tell people to look for the theater. Being near the cinema means there is always a crowd around, especially when a new movie starts. Our office is a busy hub for drug distribution. We have motorbikes coming in and out all day long with deliveries. The building itself is older, and the elevator can be a bit temperamental, so many of us just take the stairs. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and computer screens. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. We handle a lot of different pharmaceutical agencies and the paperwork can be a mountain sometimes. Vile Parle East is a nice area, but it gets very congested. We usually have our tea in the afternoon while looking out at the traffic. It’s a lot of coordination, talking to retailers and making sure the supplies reach them on time. We don't do anything fancy like big advertising. Most of our business comes from long-standing relationships with local pharmacies. It’s just us, working in a crowded office near the cinema, trying to keep everything moving.
