We are based in the Meena Textile Harijan Compound, right on LBS Marg in Vikhroli West. The area is always busy with trucks and people moving about. Our place is number 4, and it’s a mix of an office and a bit of a storage area. We deal with furniture and tech, trying to make things a bit easier for people setting up their homes or offices. It’s not a shiny corporate headquarters. We have some desks, a few sample chairs, and a lot of boxes stacked up. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we don't really stand on ceremony. We wear jeans and t-shirts and just get on with the work. LBS Marg is a tough road with all the traffic, but being here makes it easy for our delivery guys to get out to different parts of the city. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to make sure the furniture gets where it's going without getting scratched. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very grounded way to work. We’re just a local business trying to handle the practical side of furnishing in a very busy part of Mumbai.
