N. B. Footware

N. B. Footware is located at 36 Ramnik Smruti on Station Road in Vikhroli West. Since we are on Station Road, we are right where all the action is. People are always rushing to and from the train station, and we see them all day long. Our shop is a bit small, but we cram a lot of footwear into it. There are boxes stacked up to the ceiling sometimes. It can be a bit of a challenge to find exactly what you’re looking for, but we usually know where everything is buried. Vikhroli West is a busy place to be, and being in the Ramnik Smruti building has worked out well for us. We’ve been here for a long time, so many of the locals recognize the shop when they walk by. We aren't a big brand with fancy advertisements. We’re just a local shoe place. We spend a lot of time talking to people who stop in and helping them find something that fits. Sometimes the shoes are a bit dusty because of the road, but we try to keep things clean. It’s a lot of standing around and waiting for customers, and then a lot of rushing when it gets busy in the evenings. It’s just a normal way to earn a living. We don't have any big goals other than keeping the shop going and serving the folks in Vikhroli. I usually keep the fans on high because it gets stuffy with all the leather.
