You can find us at the Bezzola Complex on Sion-Trombay Road in Chembur. We are on the fifth floor, in unit 513. The complex is right opposite Suman Nagar, so it’s a landmark that most people in this part of Mumbai recognize. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the heavy traffic below, which never seems to stop. Here at Bacou - Dalloz, we deal with safety products and protective gear. The office is often filled with samples of gloves, helmets, and other equipment. It’s a practical space, not really designed for showing off. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and distributors. The commute to Chembur can be a bit of a grind for some of us, but the office environment is friendly enough that nobody complains too much. We have a small pantry where we usually gather for lunch. The work is steady and repetitive in some ways, but it’s important to stay on top of the orders. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just focus on the inventory we have and making sure it gets sent to the right places. The air conditioning in the building is sometimes a bit too cold, so you’ll see most of us wearing sweaters even in the middle of summer. It's just a regular office day for us.
