Vijay Ferromet Pvt. Ltd. is located over in 2nd Kumbharwada. We are on the second floor of the Swami Samarth Darshan Building, at 52/58. It’s a busy neighborhood, very traditional in its way. You see a lot of people working with their hands around here. We are no different. Working with ferrometals is heavy work, even if our office is on the second floor. We deal with the industrial side of things. The building itself has been around for some time. It’s got that lived-in feel. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls. Mostly just calendars and some old photos. We spend our days talking to suppliers and making sure the orders are correct. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us trying to keep everything straight. Sometimes the narrow streets outside make it hard for deliveries, but we managed to figure it out over the years. People in the area know us. We don't go out looking for attention. We just do the work that needs doing. It’s often dusty and loud in this part of town. But we like being in the thick of it. There is a sense of community among the businesses here. We handle our accounts, check the stock, and prepare for the next day. It’s a steady life. We don't need much more than that. It keeps us occupied and the bills paid every month.
