We are located over at Arun Chambers in Tardeo, up on the second floor in room 209. Vigneshh Pharma Impex has been here for a while, and it’s a decent place to work from. Tardeo is a central part of the city, so it’s easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a couple of phone lines that never seem to stop ringing. We handle the import and export side of pharmaceutical materials. It involves a lot of paperwork and talking to people at the ports or in different offices. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us doing our jobs and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. Usually, the morning is spent catching up on emails that came in overnight. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide what our clients ask for without too much fuss. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, or the lift in the building is slow, but we just deal with it. It’s a typical Mumbai office life. We know our regulars by name, and they know us. We prefer keeping things casual and direct. It’s just easier that way for everyone involved in the day-to-day trade.
