Arun Chambers is one of those old buildings in Tardeo that everyone knows but nobody really talks about. We are located at number 209, which is on the second floor. If you have ever been here, you know that the lifts can be a bit temperamental, so sometimes we just end up taking the stairs to save time. The office itself is not very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need into the space. There are desks piled high with folders and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It is mostly just a place where we handle the paperwork and coordinate things. Tardeo is a busy area, so there is always the sound of horns and traffic coming in through the windows. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, even if it brings in the dust. It is not the kind of place where you would find a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. We usually just answer the door ourselves when someone knocks. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing out lists. We have a small pantry in the corner for making tea, which is pretty essential around mid-afternoon. It’s just a normal office environment where we do our work without any fuss. Being in a central place like this makes it easier for people to drop off documents, even if finding a parking spot nearby is almost impossible most of the time.
