Vibrant Event Service Provider

We are located at Andheri 425, which is always a bit of a hectic area to be in. Being an event service provider means our schedule is never really the same from one week to the next. One day we might be loading sound equipment into a van, and the next we are trying to find enough table cloths for a last-minute request. It is a lot of physical work, honestly. We aren't sitting at desks all day. Most of our time is spent in warehouses or at different venues around the city. We have a lot of gear that needs to be maintained, so there is always someone fixing a cable or cleaning a piece of equipment. It can be quite stressful when a deadline is approaching and the traffic in Andheri is at a standstill, but we usually manage to get there. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us, a few reliable people who know how to set things up and pack them away again. We deal with all the boring stuff like logistics and power backups so the clients don't have to think about it. It’s a lot of lifting, climbing ladders, and making sure nothing falls over. We’ve been doing this long enough that we can handle the surprises that always seem to pop up during live events.
