Vesta Express Cargo

Vesta Express Cargo is based at C 19 in Ghatkopar. We are right opposite the Shreyas Cinema in the Kailash Esplanade building on LBS Marg. This area is always moving, and so are we. We handle packages and shipments that need to go from one place to another. It involves a lot of weighing boxes, taping them up, and making sure the labels are clear. We see all kinds of things being sent out, from personal gifts to business documents. The office can get pretty crowded with parcels during the peak hours. We try to keep track of everything, but sometimes the paperwork piles up. Being near the cinema means there’s always something happening outside. We aren't a massive logistics firm, just a local cargo service that helps the people in Ghatkopar. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking on deliveries and talking to drivers. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes weather or traffic causes a delay, and we have to explain that to the customers. We don't have a corporate script; we just tell people what the situation is. It’s about getting things from point A to point B without losing anything. We just keep our heads down and work through the stack of packages every day. It's a simple, busy life here on LBS Marg and we've gotten used to the noise and the constant flow of people.
