Venture Productions

At Venture Productions, we work out of Flat No 101 on the first floor. We are in the D Wing, situated in Malad East, right behind the Film City Road in Pune. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main studio areas, which is good for when we need to get things done. The office is basically a converted flat, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it. We have the kitchen area for making coffee and the main living room is where we have our editing setups. Being near Film City Road means we are always around the industry, but tucked away enough to have some peace. The balcony looks out over the back of the building where there are some trees and some laundry hanging. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and talking about projects. It’s not a corporate office with cubicles; it’s more about big tables and comfortable chairs we found over the years. We have cables running across the floor and posters tacked to the walls. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and the building gets really still and a bit chilly. We’ve been here for a bit now and the neighbors in the other flats don't seem to mind us much. It’s a practical setup that works for our needs. We just focus on the day’s tasks and try to keep things organized in our own way. It's alright.
