Vedic Drug Development

Vedic Drug Development is based in Andheri West, tucked away in House B Wing on the second floor. It is at No. 134/136, right off the New Link Road, which most people know is always packed with cars and people. Being on the second floor means we get a little bit of a break from the street noise, though not much. We work on drug development here. It involves a lot of sitting at desks and looking at data or scientific papers. Our space isn't huge, but it fits our small team just fine for the daily tasks. We have a few labs set up for the basic stuff we need to do. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us fit, I guess. We have been in this part of Andheri for a while now. There are so many cafes nearby, which is nice for our lunch breaks. Working in development takes a lot of patience. Things do not always go right the first time in the lab. We spend a lot of time re-checking our notes and making sure the equipment is clean. It is a quiet environment for the most part, except when someone is running a machine. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby. It is just a workspace where we try to figure things out. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is not too bad.
