We are set up in Shambaji Nagar within the Vijay Nagar Society area of Andheri East. You can find us right on Swamy Vivekananda Road, which is not far from Siddhivinayak Traders. It is a busy spot with lots of trucks and vans coming and going all day long. We handle a lot of cargo and logistics work, which mostly means moving big, heavy boxes that a regular courier won't touch. The warehouse space is always full of crates and pallets, and we have to be very organized so we don't lose track of what goes where. The heat can get pretty intense inside the unit when the sun is beating down on the roof, but we just keep moving. We use a lot of tape and plastic wrap to make sure everything is secure before it gets loaded up onto the transport. There is a lot of paperwork involved in this business, checking bills of lading and making sure all the addresses are clearly marked on the outside. We have a small crew here, and we have all been working together for a long time, so we know the routine by heart. People from the nearby shops often stop by to chat or drop off things they need sent out of the city. We are not a high-tech operation; we rely on our hands and our knowledge of the local roads to get things moving. Hard work is just part of the job here in this corner of Mumbai.
