Our office is at number 34 in Moti Bhavan. It’s the same building where Dave’s Academy is, right on Dr. D'Silva Road. Being in Dadar West means it is always incredibly busy outside. We spend a lot of our time managing security staff and going through heaps of paperwork. There is always a guard coming in to ask about their shift or someone dropping off a report. Dadar is a major hub, so there is never a quiet moment when you look out the window. We have been working from this particular building for a long time now. It’s an older place that has a bit of a worn-in feel to it. We don’t have any big flashy signs out front, just our name on the door so people know it’s us. Our days are filled with constant phone calls and double-checking the schedules for the week. Security is a job that never stops, so someone is always thinking about who is on duty next. We try our best to stay organized, even if the desks look a bit cluttered some afternoons. It’s just how the work goes. We are local people and we know this neighborhood inside and out. We don’t try to act like a giant corporation. We are just a group of people managing a team to make sure things are kept safe. It takes a lot of coordination to keep things running properly and we just do our daily bit.
