Our office is located over at 45 Kandivali East, specifically in the Evershine Millenium Paradise complex on Thindlu Main Road. If you know the area, we are right opposite Evershine Dream Park, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are out for a walk or taking their kids to play. We handle both real estate and some investment stuff here, though mostly people just come in to ask about flat rentals or how the market is doing in this part of Mumbai. The office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose for meeting clients and going over documents. Kandivali East has become so crowded lately, and being near the park gives us a bit of a nice view during the day. We are just a small group of people who know this neighborhood well. We don't use any fancy software or have a front desk person in a suit. Usually, one of us is just sitting there at the desk. We started this because we saw how confusing it was for people to figure out where to put their money or how to find a decent apartment without getting a headache. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what we know about the local buildings and the investment options available. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and we prefer it that way instead of acting like a big firm that doesn't care about the small details.
