We've got a small shop, number 4, in the Rock Garden building on New Link Road in Andheri West. We are pretty close to the Sab TV office, so that’s usually how people find their way to us. It’s a lively part of Andheri with a lot of shops and businesses packed together. Our office is just a regular shopfront where we handle estate and investment consulting. We don't have any big flashy signs or a fancy lobby. Inside, it’s just us, some desks, and a lot of documents related to local property deals. We’ve been here for years and have seen the area change quite a bit. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people who want to know where to put their money or how to find a good rental. We know the streets around New Link Road really well. It’s a busy life, but we like the pace of it. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the shop when a few people show up at once, but we manage. We aren't looking to be the biggest firm in town. We just focus on the people who come in and try to give them the straight facts about what’s happening in the market. It’s straightforward work and we’ve built some good relationships with the neighbors. Mahashakti Estate Investment Consultants has been tucked away in Shop 4 for a good many years now. We've seen Andheri West grow from here.
