Ahuja Estata & Investments is based in Khar West, up on the fourth floor of Shiv Smruti Society. Our office is unit 401. We are located on Dr A B Road, which is a main stretch around here, and we are quite close to the Corporation Bank. Being in a society building means it feels more like a community than a cold office block. We’ve been doing estate and investment work from this location for many years. Khar is a busy area, but our office stays relatively peaceful. We spend our time looking at property listings and talking to people about their investments. It’s not all fast-paced and exciting; there’s a lot of research and checking of documents involved. We don't have a big marketing budget or any fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people in the area who know us or have worked with us before. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, but we don't mind the wait. We have our desks set up near the windows and we just get on with the day's tasks. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We don't use corporate talk or try to sound bigger than we are. If you know Dr A B Road, then finding Shiv Smruti Society isn’t hard at all. We are just a local team doing what we know best in a neighborhood we’ve been part of for a long time.
