Universal Est Invest

Universal Est Invest is based over in Andheri, specifically in the Olympic Towers building at B/23. We are quite close to the Lokhandwala Complex, which everyone knows is always buzzing with activity. Being on the 26th Cross road means we see a lot of people moving in and out of the area. We mostly deal with property stuff and investments around this part of town. It’s a busy office, nothing too grand, just desks and a lot of paperwork. We’ve been around the Andheri area for a while now, watching the new buildings go up and the old ones get renovated. It’s a fast place to work. People come to us asking about flats or where to put their money in the local market. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the streets and the prices. It can get a bit loud with the traffic near Lokhandwala, but that’s the trade-off for being where the action is. We spend our mornings checking listings and our afternoons meeting people. It is a lot of talking and walking around to see different sites. We just do our bit to help folks find a spot in this crowded city. The Olympic Towers is a well-known landmark, so people usually find us without too much trouble. It is just a regular local business trying to keep up with the real estate world. We have been here for years and know every corner of this place.
