We are based in Shop No 4 of the Mini Jewel Building in Andheri West. We’re right across from the Oriental Bank of Commerce, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their banking. Rajesh Investment Property Consultants is a bit of a long name for a small office like ours, but it’s what we put on the sign. The office isn't very big, mostly just enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We spend most of our time looking at numbers and talking to people who want to put their money into something solid. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of tea. Andheri West is always moving, so there is usually something going on right outside our door. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't the kind of people who use a lot of big words or try to act more important than we are. We just know the local property market and try to give people the straight story. If a deal looks bad, we say so. It’s better to be honest than to have someone unhappy later on. People seem to appreciate that. We’ve been in the Mini Jewel building for a while now and know most of the other shop owners around here. It is just a normal office where we do our work.
