We have been sitting here at Shop No 21 for quite a while now. If you know the 4th Block in the St Bed Layout, you probably walked past us. Kandivali East is always busy, and there is always something going on with property around here. Most people just drop in because they saw our sign while walking down 1st A Main. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of papers. We deal with real estate stuff and help people figure out where to put their money. It gets noisy in the afternoons. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings over some chai and we just talk about how the prices are changing in the layout. Finding a good spot in this part of town is getting harder. We try to keep track of what is available and who is looking to sell. It is just basic work, really. We don't have a big team or anything like that. Just us working through the files and answering the phone when it rings. Some days are slow and we just watch the traffic. Other days, three people come in at once asking about the same plot. That's just how it goes here in the shop. If you are near the St Bed Layout, you'll see us. It's a small place but it gets the job done. We have seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years.
