You’ll find us in Jankalyan, Malad West, right near the Malad Fire Brigade. Being near the fire station makes it easy to give people directions. We work on estate investments, which sounds a bit more complicated than it actually is. Mostly, we just look at properties and try to figure out if they’re worth putting money into. We’ve been in this part of Malad for a good while, so we’ve seen the way the buildings have gone up and how the prices have shifted over the years. Our office is a pretty relaxed place. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. We prefer to just sit down with a cup of tea and look over the numbers. Investing in property can be a bit of a gamble, and we don't pretend otherwise. We just try to use what we’ve learned from being in the local market for years to make sensible choices. Sometimes we get it right, and sometimes things take longer than we expected to pay off. The fire brigade sirens go off once in a while, which can be a bit startling if you aren't used to it, but it's just part of the background noise for us now. We get all kinds of people coming in, some who have a lot of experience and some who are just starting out. We just talk to them plainly and tell them what we think. It’s a steady way to spend the day.
