We are located at number 6 in the Shiv Surabhi Apartment building, which is on Dinshaw Wachha Road in Kandivali East. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Thakur Movie theater, which is a big local landmark. We have been running Seema Real Estate & Investments from this apartment for quite a while now. It’s a comfortable place to work, even if the building is a bit older. We spend our days helping people figure out where to put their money or helping them find a new flat in the neighborhood. Kandivali East is a busy part of Mumbai, and there’s always something new being built or sold. Our office is mostly just a few chairs and a lot of ledgers where we keep track of everything. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees, just a small team that knows the streets around here really well. Sometimes we go over to the theater to catch a show when work is quiet, but usually, we are busy with clients. The apartment gets a good breeze in the evenings, which is nice after a long day of meetings. We don't have any fancy marketing materials. Most people just find us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign near the entrance. It’s a steady way to work, and we like being part of the community in this neighborhood.
