Utsav Events

We operate out of Office No B/5 in Amar Estate, which is located in B C Andheri East Phase 2. If you know the area, we are quite close to the old Wazir Glass Factory. Amar Estate is one of those places where a lot of different small businesses are packed together. Utsav Events is our little corner where we try to get things organized for various functions. It’s usually quite messy in here with samples of fabrics, color charts, and notebooks lying around everywhere. Planning an event sounds like fun, but it’s actually a lot of sitting around and making endless phone calls to vendors. We spend a lot of time arguing with suppliers or double-checking lists to make sure nothing was forgotten. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a couple of desks and some storage cupboards for all the gear we need. It’s not a showroom by any means. Most of our work happens on site anyway, so the office is just where we do the boring administrative stuff. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just how the event world works. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial estate. It’s a busy, practical spot for us to manage everything from start to finish without any extra fuss or fancy displays. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
