Urban Sports

Our office is in a bit of an unusual spot. We are on the rooftop of the Prabodhankar Thackeray Krida Sankul in Vile Parle East. It is located on Shahaji Raje Marg. If you come to the sports complex, you just head up above the swimming pool. Being on the rooftop gives us a bit of a breeze, which is nice in Mumbai. We handle sports-related things, so being at a krida sankul makes a lot of sense for us. You can usually hear the sound of people swimming or playing games below. It’s a very active environment. The office itself is quite simple. We have some desks and basic furniture. We spend a lot of time organizing tournaments and activities. It’s not a quiet job. There is always someone coming by or a phone ringing. We like being part of the sports community here in Vile Parle. It’s a good neighborhood on the eastern side of the tracks. Our team is made up of people who just like being around sports. We don’t have a big HR department or corporate rules. We just manage the daily operations and try to keep things running smoothly on the roof. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans to keep us going. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don't put on any acts. We just do the work that needs doing every single day.
