Universal World Wide Express

Shop No 13 isn't very big, but we manage to fit a lot of packages in here. We are right over in Jay Ambe Nagar Society at Bhandup West, near Anjali Char Rata. It gets crowded when the delivery trucks show up and we have to stack everything quickly. You will see us moving boxes around most of the day. The shop stays open pretty late because there is always one more delivery to log in or someone coming by to drop off a last-minute parcel. We have a small counter where we write out the labels. Sometimes the pen runs out of ink and we have to hunt for another one. It is a lot of manual work, checking addresses and making sure things are taped up tight so they do not break. We have been in this spot for a bit and the neighbors know us by now. The street gets a little dusty in the afternoons but we keep the door open anyway. It is just how it is running an express spot in this area. We do not have fancy uniforms, just comfortable clothes for lifting heavy stuff. If the phone rings while we are loading a truck, it might take us a minute to answer, but we always get to it eventually. It is just us doing the daily grind of moving things from here to there and trying to keep the shelves somewhat organized.
