Universal India Events

It is quite a walk from the station to Unit No 1 in Parmeshwar Industrial Estate. We are right there in Malad West, specifically the Mindspace area which is usually packed with cars and people heading to their offices. Universal India Events takes up this space here and it’s mostly just a practical setup. We have tall ceilings which is good because we have a lot of stuff to store. Sometimes the noise from the other units gets a bit much, but that’s just how industrial estates are. We spend most of our mornings checking lists and making sure the trucks are loaded properly. If a truck is late, everything gets pushed back and we end up working late into the evening. There’s a small tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the heat. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of computers. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing because there's too much dust and heavy lifting involved in what we do. Malad can be a headache during rush hour, so we try to get our big moves done early. Most of the time, the floor is covered in tape marks and bubble wrap. It’s not pretty but it works for us. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It's just a regular place where we get things done.
