We are located in Nagpur at Gandhi Layout 13-A in Jaffar Nagar. If you know where Pandey Lawns is, we are right near there. It’s a residential-style neighborhood, so it feels a bit more relaxed than being in the middle of a big business district. Our office is where we handle all the planning for our construction and project work. It’s a simple setup, not much more than a few desks and some drawing boards. We have been working from this location for quite a few years now. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, except when there is an event at the lawns nearby. We spend our days looking over site plans and talking to contractors. There is always someone coming in with a query or some supplies being discussed. We don't have a big fancy sign or a glass front. It’s just a regular building where we get our work done. Most of the people working here live close by, so it feels like a local operation. We don't go for big marketing talk; we just focus on getting the projects finished the way they are supposed to be. Sometimes we sit out in the small area in front when the weather is nice to have our tea. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We keep our files organized, but it’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of projects going at once. We usually have a stray cat that hangs around the entrance expecting some milk every now and then.
