Unisteels & Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd. is based at 52/52A Islampura Street. This is one of those narrow, busy streets where you have to be careful when walking because of all the activity. There are many small shops and businesses packed together in this area. We handle steel and various engineering projects from this location. Our building is an old one, and it usually smells like cut metal and a little bit of grease. We keep different sections of steel stacked up against the walls in the back. Because it is a heavy business, there is a lot of lifting and moving things around throughout the day. The office is just a small partitioned area with a couple of desks and plenty of paper files. We don't have any decorations on the walls, just a basic calendar and some charts. It gets quite loud when the cutting machines are running, but everyone here is used to the noise. The street outside is always full of life, with people moving back and forth and the sound of bells. We have been on Islampura Street for a long time and we feel like a part of the neighborhood. We don't do any marketing or have a polished front. People who need steel usually know exactly where to find us. We just focus on getting the measurements right and finishing the work that comes our way each morning.
