Star Dies Tools

Star Dies Tools is located in Kandivali West at C32 Ganesh Nagar. We are right off Linking Road, so the sound of traffic is pretty much constant throughout the day. Our shop is where we make and fix tools and dies, so it is a very industrial kind of environment. There is always the smell of machine oil and the sound of metal hitting metal. We have various machines taking up most of the floor space, and there are metal scraps everywhere that we have to sweep up every few hours. It is not a clean or quiet place to work, but it is where we spend most of our time. We focus on getting the measurements right because even a small mistake means the tool won't work. The guys here have been doing this for a long time and they know the machines inside out. We don't have a fancy front office or a receptionist. If someone wants to talk to us, they usually just walk into the workshop. Ganesh Nagar is a busy area with a lot of small workshops like ours. We don't do any big promotions or have a glossy brochure. We just rely on the fact that we have been here on Linking Road and people know the kind of work we do. It is hard work, but it is what we know.
