The building for Perfect Forge India Pvt. Ltd. is located at R-630 in Rabale. It’s an industrial area, so there are a lot of trucks and heavy vehicles moving around the streets all the time. Our building is pretty straightforward and functional. It’s built for work, not for showing off to visitors. We spend our days dealing with forging and metalwork, so it often gets quite hot and loud inside the shop floor. Most of us live nearby or commute from the surrounding suburbs. We’ve been at this Rabale address for quite a while now. The walls are a bit stained from the smoke and heat over the years, and the floors have certainly seen better days, but the equipment is what really matters. We aren't the type of company that has a big reception area with flowers or fancy rugs. Usually, you just walk in and find someone in their work clothes busy with a task. We talk about the day's work over quick breaks. Sometimes we have to stay late into the evening to finish a particular batch, but that's just how the business goes. We know the other guys in the neighboring units at R-630 and around the block. It’s a hardworking neighborhood. We don't bother with corporate talk or long meetings that don't go anywhere. We just look at the orders, get the furnace going, and do the forging. It is simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
