Unique Enterpirse

Unique Enterpirse is located in the Fort area at Ratan Estate. Our office is number 101 on the first floor. Fort is a very old part of the city with lots of character and history. The building has these big stone stairs that have been there for decades. We have a simple setup inside with several desks and shelves that are mostly full of files and old ledgers. It is not a modern office with new gadgets. We prefer to keep things simple and functional. The windows are usually open to let in some air, and you can hear the sounds of the street below, like the taxis and the people rushing to the train station. We handle various supplies and we have a few long-term staff members who know exactly how everything works. It gets a bit warm in the summer, but we just turn on the fans and keep going. We do not have any big mission statements or promotional posters on the walls. It is just a quiet place where we come to do our jobs every day. Our neighbors in the building are mostly other small businesses, and we often see them in the hallways. We have been in this spot for a long time and we like the familiarity of the neighborhood. It is a very basic, honest way to run a business without any unnecessary flash.
