Bhavana Industries

Bhavana Industries is over in Ghatkopar West, right at 306 Kailash Avenue. We are very close to the Vidyavihar Railway Station, so we hear the trains rattling by all day long. It’s a sound you eventually get used to. Our head office is a functional space where we handle the day-to-day operations. It’s not a place for lounging around. We have shelves full of ledgers, samples, and technical drawings. The air usually has that metallic smell that comes with industrial work. We deal with a lot of suppliers and people coming in and out to check on orders. Sometimes the hallway gets crowded with deliveries, and we have to shuffle things around just to get to the back room. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have a list of things that need to be finished by Friday. Our staff has been with us for a long time, and we all know how the machines and the systems work. It gets pretty humid in this part of Mumbai, so the overhead fans are always on full blast, humming away. We spend our time checking specs and making sure the counts are right. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. We don't see the need to make it sound like more than it is. We are just a local industry doing our job near the tracks, making sure things are made right.
