Our office is more like a workspace where we get things done rather than a place for showing off. We have been in Bandra for a long time, and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. It is full of energy. Inside, you’ll see desks piled with designs and scraps of paper. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the computers or talking over ideas. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. If something needs to be done, someone just grabs it and does it. The tea guy comes around a couple of times a day, which is usually when we take a short break. Most of our work comes from people nearby who know we are here. We don't really go out and do big pitches; we just let the work speak for itself. It is a bit loud with the traffic from the street, but that is Bandra for you. We just keep the fans going and stay busy. It feels like a real part of the local community, and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
